Shipping Policy

Treasure Coast Meteorite Co. ships worldwide to selected destinations. Available destinations, carriers and rates are shown at checkout, calculated for your address. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. High value specimens and white glove acquisitions may require additional handling time, and you will be contacted directly if this applies to your order.

Domestic shipping

Domestic orders ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries across Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and the Americas. All orders are priced and charged in USD.

A flat rate of $39 USD applies to eligible international destinations, and orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping. Carrier calculated rates via DHL Express, FedEx and UPS are also available at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes assessed by their country upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Service availability to any destination is subject to carrier restrictions in effect at the time of shipment.

Customs classification

Specimens are declared under HS code 9705.29, natural meteorite collectible, with country of origin United States. Customs documentation is completed for every international shipment.

Insurance and declared value

All shipments are fully insured for the declared purchase value. In the event of loss or damage in transit, contact brian@tcmeteorites.com immediately so a claim can be initiated on your behalf.

Signature requirements

Signature confirmation is required on all high value shipments. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or contact us in advance to arrange an alternative.

White glove service

Select high value specimens qualify for white glove service: coordinated delivery scheduling, personal transport, signature required handoff and fully insured transit. If your order qualifies you will be contacted to arrange delivery details. Local collection

Collection in person can be arranged by appointment for local buyers in the Hobe Sound, Florida area. There is no public retail location. Contact brian@tcmeteorites.com or (901) 508-0500 to arrange.
