Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. High-value or white-glove orders may require additional handling time; you will be contacted directly if this applies to your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States & Canada) We ship domestically via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free standard shipping via USPS.

International Shipping We ship to select countries across Europe, Asia, and Oceania. All international orders are priced in USD.

  • Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom): Flat rate of $39 USD, or free shipping on orders over $1,000. Carrier-calculated rates via DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS are also available at checkout.

  • Asia & Oceania (Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates): Flat rate of $39 USD, or free shipping on orders over $1,000. Carrier-calculated rates via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and USPS are also available at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes assessed by their country upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Insurance & Declared Value All shipments are fully insured for the declared purchase value. In the event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us immediately at brian@tcmeteorites.com so we can initiate a claim on your behalf.

White-Glove Service Select high-value specimens qualify for our White-Glove Service, which includes coordinated delivery scheduling, signature-required delivery, and insured transport. If your order qualifies, you will be contacted to arrange delivery details. Signature Requirements Signature confirmation is required on all high-value shipments. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
